Please make your claims for “damaged items on delivery” or missing items within 12 hours of receipt of your order.
All the products sold on Eshtir.com are eligible for returns, if not stated otherwise on the product page. Some products may not be eligible for returns due to the nature of the product. These may include Hygiene products, customized electronics etc.
All mobile phones sold on Eshtir.com are non-returnable once opened or activated. This policy ensures product authenticity, data security, and compliance with brand regulations.
Any manufacturing defects are covered under the official brand warranty. Please contact the authorized service center or email [email protected] for warranty support.
All devices are 100% genuine, brand-new, and sourced from authorized distributors.
If your item is eligible for a return, you will be able to raise the return request through the Order History page in your Eshtir.com user account. Eshtir.com returns team shall contact you within 24 hours for claim validation.
If the packaging is soiled or opened and the product is not defective, unused, or without visible scratches, the product will be accepted back with a restocking fee as follows:
Minimum 25% of the order value or as per criteria applicable
For major/medium home appliances and large panels, restocking fees will apply after a review by the authorized service partner.
To request for order cancellation, please notify us either by phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat, or through our social media pages. If you decide to cancel the order, please do so as soon as possible.
If you could let us know the reason for cancellation, we will improve our service and perhaps do things a little better next time.
Refunds are processed within 2 working days after the product is returned, inspected, and is accepted for a return. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Refunds to a credit/debit card may take up to 10 business days to arrive. Refunds to a bank account usually take 1-5 business days to arrive to your bank account.
