Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL. Inside UAE: Free delivery. Other GCC countries: Delivery charges apply based on weight. Rest of the world: Charges calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes may apply as per local government policies.

Returns are free within the UAE if there is a manufacturing defect. For non-defect returns, shipping charges may apply. You can drop the product in our shop for free, no restocking fees. All products come with the manufacturer's warranty. For first-time issues, we replace or refund. For later warranty claims, bring the product to our Sharjah shop or shipping charges apply (50 AED in UAE city areas; international shipping charges vary).

Carbon Neutrality

Better products means doing better. We started by working with internationally recognised third parties, like Geneva-based SGS, to assess ear (1)’s environmental impact. To neutralise its 1.78kg carbon footprint, we adopted renewable energy certificates for the manufacturing process, then purchased additional carbon credits from Verified Carbon Standard to offset the remaining emissions.
