Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL.
- Inside UAE: Free delivery.
- Other GCC countries: Delivery charges apply based on weight (calculated at checkout).
- International: Charges calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes may apply as per local government policies.

How long does shipping take?
- UAE: 1–2 business days*
- GCC: 3–7 business days (economy) or 1–2 days (DHL express)*

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track the shipment directly with DHL or the local courier.
What is your return policy?
All products come with a 1-month return policy*.
- Returns are free within the UAE if there is a manufacturing defect.
- If you wish to return without a defect, shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.
- You can also drop off returns at our Sharjah shop for free — no restocking fees.
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes! All products sold on Eshtir.com come with the manufacturer’s warranty.*
- If the product is faulty when first opened, we will collect it and either replace or refund based on availability.
- If warranty is claimed after months of use, bring it to our shop in Sharjah. We will handle the claim with the brand.
- If pickup and redelivery is needed in UAE city areas, a charge of AED 50 applies.
- International warranty: Same rules as UAE, except weight based shipping charges apply to and from to the delivering country.
- Some imported branded products may not include warranty unless specified on the product page.
Is stock availability updated?
Yes! Stock availability is updated in real-time on our website. Products marked as “In Stock” are ready to ship. If you want, you can confirm via WhatsApp before placing your order.
