Our physical store is in Sharjah, Al Qulayyah, UAE, licensed under the Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD), Trade License 769523. Please inform us before visiting to ensure stock availability.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL. Inside UAE: Free delivery. Other GCC countries: Delivery charges apply based on weight. Rest of the world: Charges calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes may apply as per local government policies.

What are the delivery times?

UAE: 1–2 business days*. GCC: 3–7 business days (economy) or DHL 1–2 days*. International: 3–5 business days depending on the country*. *Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.

What is your returns & warranty policy?

Returns are free within the UAE if there is a manufacturing defect. For non-defect returns, shipping charges may apply. You can drop the product in our shop for free, no restocking fees. All products come with the manufacturer's warranty. For first-time issues, we replace or refund. For later warranty claims, bring the product to our Sharjah shop or shipping charges apply (50 AED in UAE city areas; international shipping charges vary).
