Returns are free within the UAE if there is a manufacturing defect. For non-defect returns, shipping charges may apply. You can drop the product in our shop for free, no restocking fees. All products come with the manufacturer's warranty. For first-time issues, we replace or refund. For later warranty claims, bring the product to our Sharjah shop or shipping charges apply (50 AED in UAE city areas; international shipping charges vary).

New energy recovery system (KERS): Riding can also “power up” the ride with the fully upgraded kinetic energy recovery system (KERS) which when braking or releasing the throttle during driving leads to higher energy conversion more efficiently thus increasing the battery life at the same time.
